Handling Time: Nurd Buy has a standard, 3-business day handling time to configure, test and update each system after the order is placed. Once the system has passed all Quality Control tests, the unit is picked up by the carrier. The estimated date of delivery calculated at checkout does not account for the 3-business day handling time.
Shipping Damage: If an item is damaged in shipping please contact us to setup a carrier damage claim within three days of receipt. Pictures and or a carrier inspection may be required and if available a replacement shipment will be setup. Please do not discard any packaging materials. Replacement units are only sent after original unit(s) are returned and inspected for completeness.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
COVID-19 update: Due to the additional safety measures we're taking in our warehouses, we're experiencing minor delays in shipping orders and processing returns.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, carrier issues and/or acts of God; Nurd Buy is not liable for any delivery delays that are outside of our control.
When you place an order, the shipping option you choose is directly based on carrier rates. For example, if you choose expedited shipping, once the package is picked up by the carrier it is up to them to get your package to you in the time frame that you paid for.
If you pay for 1-3 day expedited shipping, you will not receive your package within 3 days. 1-3 day shipping means that once the package has left our warehouse, the carrier guarantees that they will deliver your package within 3 days.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes: NurdBuy.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
