Return Policy Process

Overall Return Guidelines

These are Nurdbuy’s Overall Return Guidelines applicable only to products purchased by you directly from the Nurdbuy website. All returns must meet the overall guidelines in order for the individual return policy to apply.

 

To make a return, login to your account to complete the Warranty Request Form.

A member of our Warranty Team will contact you within 1-2 business days.

Products that are received by Nurdbuy in any of the following conditions are not eligible for return and may be rejected:

    • Any product not purchased from Nurdbuy
    • Any product that does not match the serial number, service tag, or part ID shipped to you on the order.
      Please note Nurdbuy captures this data prior to shipment for warranty purposes.
    • Any product that does not exhibit the described reason for the return
      (i.e., a return initiated for a DOA product that powers on and works properly upon inspection).
    • Any product with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number label, manufacturer model or part number label, and/or warranty label.
    • Any product that is returned without all parts accessories, including manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product.
    • Any product that exhibits physical damage.
      If you received your product damaged, please contact Customer Care:
  • Any product which appears tampered, customized, or altered in any way.

Standard Return Policy - Return for refund within: 30 days. This is subject to a 15% restocking fee and perhaps more depending on the condition and completeness of the product. 
Remorse Returns Before 30 Days - Client pays for all shipping costs, tracking information is required. Once the product is received, inspected and confirmed that it is in the same condition that it was originally sent to the client, the client will be issued a refund minus the 15% restocking fee.
After First 30 Days of Ownership - Client pays for all shipping costs for returned items, including warranty returns. 
In Warranty Claim - If a product is damaged or the wrong product was sent to a client and a request for a return was made within the first 30 days, Nurdbuy pays for the return shipping to the customer.

 

Consumable Product Return Policy

Nurdbuy does not offer returns on consumable items.
Consumable items are items such as:

  • Printer Ink and Toner Cartridges
  • CD/DVD Media
  • Retail Packaged Software
  • Downloadable Software
  • Batteries
  • Etc.
